Pyro Advertising’s founder and president, Eric Deal, recently announced that he had filed the paperwork to make his business a limited liability corporation (LLC). “Being an LLC will protect our assets like a corporation, but without the maintenance burdens that come along with being a full fledged corporation,” said Deal of the action.

Deal said he saw this as the next natural step since his business has been steadily increasing over the past several months. Deal was quoted as saying, “I have brought on a partner and have steady work for at least two freelance designers all the time, so this was just something we needed to do.”
